Predator 212CC 30 Series Torque Converter Kit for Go Karts and Mini Bikes

For 212CC 2HP-7HP go-kart torque converter, our 3/4" Torque Converter is a direct replacement kit for the popular Comet TAV2 go-kart torque-converter 30 series. Perfect for engines with a 3/4" Straight Crankshaft and producing 2-7hp. DIY modifications to your Mini Bike require some mechanical ability.

The TAV2 30 Series Go Kart Clutch Kit includes a 3/4" and a 5/8" drive clutch, suitable for all engines with a 3/4" straight crankshaft. The 3/4" drive clutch is equipped with either a 10-tooth sprocket for a 40/41 chain or a 12-tooth sprocket for a 35 chain. Its asymmetrical design reduces engine load, allowing for higher speeds and smoother acceleration, making it a significant improvement over the old centrifugal clutch.

Our Go-Cart Torque Converter replaces OEM part numbers such as Comet 218353A, 219552A, 219456A, 217610A, 203814A, TAV2 30-75, and Yelf Dog Drive Unit Q43201W. It is compatible with Comet Manco Go Karts.

Designed for a perfect fit, our 30 Series Torque Converter Belt for 6" Driven is 70.5cm / 27.76" in length, with an outside circumference of 27 23/64", and a width of 3/4" (1.9cm / 0.75"). The center-to-center distance of the driver and driven is 6-15/16 to 7".

Our complete kit includes everything needed for a hassle-free installation, such as 1 x 3/4" Driver Pulley, 1 x 5/8" Driver Pulley, 1 x Plastic Assy Cover, 1 x Aluminum Mounting Plate, 1 x Drive Belt, 1 x 10 Tooth Sprocket for #40/41/420 Chain, 1 x 12 Tooth Sprocket for #35 Chain (Chain not included), and 1 x Full Mounting Hardware.
