To install the torque converter kit, follow these steps:

1. Lay out all the components in front of the machine.
2. Remove the old clutch kits.
3. Secure the bracket to the engine crankcase using four M8*25 screws. The bracket can be adjusted up or down if necessary.
4. Adjust the chain length to fit around the sprocket on T.A.V. and the final drive sprocket. Connect the chain with the master link and adjust the tension by moving the engine forward or backward.
5. Place the spacer provided with the kit on the crankshaft to align the driver clutch with the driven unit.
6. Install the driver unit by placing the flat-sided sheave on the crankshaft and slipping the belt over the driven unit. Secure the splined hub and ensure the bronze idler bushing is in place.
7. Attach the other half of the drive on the crankshaft, align the outer cover with the hub, and secure it with the retaining bolt and washer.

It is important to ensure that the torque converter drive pulley is tightly bolted to the engine crankshaft. Additionally, carefully compare with photos and verify the part number before making a purchase.
