Tuffy 6 1/2 Wide Security Console

This high security console made of 16 gauge steel by Tuffy features their patented pushbutton latch system. For convenience and safety when using the vehicle, the lid can be latched shut without needing to be locked. It has a spacious compartment for mounting a CD changer, storing tools, electronic equipment, cellular phones, and other valuables. A rubber floor mat is included, with other accessories also available. Additionally, there is a marine grade vinyl padded armrest for added comfort.

The console is equipped with a patented Pry-Guard II locking system, which includes a 1/4" steel latch that allows the lid to be secured without locking. It also has a patented anti-twist push button lock system with a 10 tumbler double bitted security key that has built-in weather seals. The weather-resistant lid design includes a built-in lid stop and an exclusive pin-lock hinge system for extra security.

Other features of this console include polypropylene seat belt straps, oversized drink holders with anti-rattle rubber drink fingers, a convenient storage tray, and a rubber floor mat. It also has a durable texture powder coat finish and Grade 8 mounting hardware is provided for installation.
