Important Reminder: The clutch engages at around 2100 revolutions and reaches a maximum torque of 6N at 3600 revolutions. It is essential that the clutch is only installed on a flat shaft with dimensions of 16mm 19.05mm 20mm 25.4mm. The functioning mechanism relies on inputting 2000 revolutions, reaching the centrifugal block and driving the pinion to transmit torque. The maximum output force is achieved at 3600 rpm. It is crucial to prevent clutch slipping during both design and testing phases. Failure to do so will result in malfunction. It is mandatory to design a reduction ratio when refitting to prevent slippage.

Oiling the clutch is of utmost importance as heat damage can lead to the clutch failing to disengage, causing the machine to start moving on its own once the engine is started – a very hazardous situation. Heat damage is recognizable by a color change in the metal from black to blue inside the clutch drum.
